House Washing in Maroubra

Maroubra has larger blocks than the northern beaches suburbs, with plenty of brick homes, colorbond fencing and long concrete driveways.

Why Maroubra homes need house washing

Exposure to the southerly buster drives sand and salt across driveways and fences, grinding into concrete and dulling colorbond.

Sea mist leaves an invisible salt film that keeps walls damp long after the rain stops, and mould feeds on exactly that. Soft washing removes the film and the growth together rather than just rinsing the surface.

How we clean it

This is true soft washing: a low-pressure application that does the work chemically rather than mechanically, so render, paint, weatherboard and window seals are never driven with high pressure.
