Gutter Cleaning in Maroubra

Maroubra has larger blocks than the northern beaches suburbs, with plenty of brick homes, colorbond fencing and long concrete driveways.

Why Maroubra homes need gutter cleaning

Exposure to the southerly buster drives sand and salt across driveways and fences, grinding into concrete and dulling colorbond.

Wind-blown sand settles into coastal gutters and packs into a silt that holds water long after the rain stops, rusting the gutter base from the inside while salt air works on the brackets. That silt has to be lifted out, not flushed further along the run.

How we clean it

Litter comes out by hand and vacuum and leaves with us — never flushed down the pipe or blown across the roof to wash straight back in. Every downpipe is then run until it flows clear, and we flag a sagging section while we are up there.

Prevents overflow into eaves & walls
Downpipes flushed and flow-checked
Debris removed, not blown onto the roof
