Gutter Cleaning in Vaucluse

Vaucluse is a suburb of large properties with extensive rooflines, sandstone walls, tiled terraces and mature gardens overlooking the harbour.

Why Vaucluse homes need gutter cleaning

Big rooflines under mature figs and gums collect constant leaf litter that rots into the tiles and feeds lichen, while harbour humidity keeps sandstone damp enough to grow a dark organic film.

Mature figs and gums are the whole problem here. Fig leaves are thick and slow to break down, so they mat together and choke the downpipe outlets instead of washing through. On these large rooflines one blocked outlet backs up an entire side of the house.

How we clean it

Litter comes out by hand and vacuum and leaves with us — never flushed down the pipe or blown across the roof to wash straight back in. Every downpipe is then run until it flows clear, and we flag a sagging section while we are up there.

Prevents overflow into eaves & walls
Downpipes flushed and flow-checked
Debris removed, not blown onto the roof

“Their special solution left my roof perfect like no other and unlike other companies, this time the longevity was top notch 👌”
