How much does gutter cleaning cost in Paddington?

Pricing comes down to linear metres of guttering, the number of storeys and how much safe access the roof pitch allows, so every Paddington property is quoted individually. The quote is free, fixed before we start, and there are no hidden extras — send your details and it usually comes back within the hour.

How long does gutter cleaning take?

Most single-storey homes take one to two hours, double-storey a little longer. We do not leave until every downpipe has been seen to flow.

Do you cover all of Paddington 2021?

Yes — all of Paddington 2021, plus neighbouring Woollahra, Double Bay, Bondi. If you are just outside the area send your suburb through anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Gutter Cleaning in Paddington

Paddington is rows of Victorian terraces with painted render, iron lace balconies, shared walls and compact rear courtyards, much of it under heritage overlay.

Servicing Paddington 2021 and the surrounding Eastern Suburbs.

Why Paddington homes need gutter cleaning

Terrace facades sit right on narrow lanes and collect a grey traffic film, while shaded rear courtyards and shared side passages grow green fast with almost no sun.

Original ogee guttering and century-old timber fascia will not take a ladder leaned against them, so we work off a stand-off rather than loading the fascia. An overflow on a terrace runs down the shared party wall, showing up inside next door as much as your own.

How we clean it

Litter comes out by hand and vacuum and leaves with us — never flushed down the pipe or blown across the roof to wash straight back in. Every downpipe is then run until it flows clear, and we flag a sagging section while we are up there.

Prevents overflow into eaves & walls
Downpipes flushed and flow-checked
Debris removed, not blown onto the roof

“Their special solution left my roof perfect like no other and unlike other companies, this time the longevity was top notch 👌”
